About Ed

Ed Vaughen spent 20 years as a public school educator and coach and nine years as a corporate director of organizational development, operations services, and acquisition integrations, 20 years in the PA Air National Guard as a military instrumentalist and first sergeant in the 193rd Air Operations Wing, serves as a vestry member at Holy Trinity Lutheran Church of Lancaster PA, is a lifelong professional musician, a certified yoga instructor and has recently completed two full Ironman distance triathlons.

The connecting thread behind these roles is Ed’s passion for building teams and working with people to determine and achieve their goals. His coaching is a partnership with his clients in a thought provoking and creative process. The aim of this relationship is to help the client shift the way they see and thus act in their personal and/or professional world thereby maximizing their personal and professional potential.

Ed earned a bachelor’s degree from Millersville University, masters degrees from West Chester University and Messiah College, and graduated from the United States Air Force First Sergeant Academy. He completed both the Newfield Network Ontological Coaching certification and the Leadership Circle Profile certification in 2024.
